Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect personal data when you use our websites or contact us.
Last updated 21 October 2026
1. Who we are
Futurixone Technologies Limited ("Futurixone", "we", "us") is a private company licensed in the Dubai International Financial Centre, with its registered office at Office IH-00-01-03-OF-05, Level 3, Innovation One, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. It applies to futurixone.com, futurixone.ae (the Futurixone UAE R&D Lab), futurixone.si (Futurixone Superintelligence), the forms on those sites and the emails we exchange with you.
Our products have their own privacy notices. RegulixOne (regulixone.com) and RegulixBooks (regulixbooks.com) process customer data under the agreements and notices that apply to those products.
2. How to contact us about privacy
Write to enquiry@futurixone.com with "Privacy" in the subject line, or by post to our registered office. For the research sites you may also write to labs.ae@futurixone.com or labs.si@futurixone.com.
3. The personal data we collect
Information you give us. When you use a form or write to us, we collect what you provide. Depending on the form, this is your name, business email address, phone number, company or organisation, job title, country, business type, industry, annual revenue band, current accounting software, the topic and content of your message, your LinkedIn profile or website address, and your confirmation that you have read this policy.
Information collected automatically. Our web servers record technical information needed to deliver and secure the sites: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the referring page and the date and time. We also store your cookie choice in your browser.
Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your device and browser, and your approximate location derived from your IP address. It uses pseudonymous identifiers stored in cookies. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising and we do not combine it with the information you send through our forms.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, such as health or religious information. Please do not include them in your messages.
4. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
To answer your enquiry and correspond with you, including demo requests, security assessment requests and research or partnership enquiries. Our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
To manage the RegulixBooks waitlist and tell you about early access. Our basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To send procurement documents, consider supplier registrations and assess introductions from people interested in working with us. Our basis is our legitimate interests, or steps before a contract.
To operate, secure and improve our websites, including preventing spam and abuse of our forms. Our basis is our legitimate interest in running secure websites.
To understand how our websites are used through Google Analytics. Our basis is your consent.
To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests from authorities and establish or defend legal claims. Our basis is legal obligation or our legitimate interests.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.
5. Who we share it with
Service providers who process data for us under written agreements: Cloudflare, Inc., which serves our websites from its global network and processes form submissions; our email delivery provider, which carries the messages our forms send; and Google, which provides Google Analytics when you have accepted analytics cookies.
Delivery partners, where you ask us for a service they help deliver. For example, cybersecurity engagements are delivered with Kytheos, our cybersecurity partner. We share only what the engagement requires, under a written agreement.
Professional advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, under a duty of confidentiality.
Authorities, regulators and courts, where the law requires it.
A buyer or successor, if our business is reorganised or sold, under the same protections.
6. Where your data is kept, and international transfers
Our websites are served, and form submissions are processed, on Cloudflare's global network, so they may be handled in data centres outside the UAE and the DIFC.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google processes analytics data on servers outside the UAE and the DIFC, including in the United States. Where personal data leaves the DIFC, we rely on the safeguards the DIFC Data Protection Law permits, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a contract, in which case the contract's retention terms apply.
RegulixBooks waitlist: until RegulixBooks launches and 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
Supplier registrations: up to 36 months, or until you ask us to remove them.
Careers introductions: up to 12 months, unless you agree to a longer period.
Server logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
We delete or anonymise data at the end of these periods.
8. How we protect it
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls limited to the people who need the data, two-factor sign-in for our staff systems, security monitoring and regular review of our safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we design ours so that protection is built in from the start.
9. Your rights
Under the DIFC Data Protection Law you have the right to: be informed about how your data is used; access a copy of your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to our use of it, including for direct marketing; receive your data in a portable format; withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before; and not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you. We do not make such decisions through our websites.
To use any of these rights, write to enquiry@futurixone.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond within one month, or tell you within that month if we need more time, as the law allows.
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner of Data Protection in the Dubai International Financial Centre.
11. Children
Our websites are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
12. Other websites
Our sites link to other websites, including our product sites and our partners' sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We will publish any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you directly where we can.
