Enterprise software and digital processes

We turn manual work into secure digital processes at scale.

Large organisations lose time to paper, spreadsheets and systems that no longer talk to each other. We replace them with secure digital processes: approvals that route themselves, records that cannot be lost, and dashboards that show the state of the work.

What we deliver

  • ERP and CRM implementation
  • Document management
  • Workflow and approval automation
  • E-forms and e-signatures
  • Dashboards
  • Cloud migration
  • Legacy modernisation

What you receive

Process maps
How the work runs today, and how it will run once digitised, agreed with the people who do it.
Configured systems
ERP, CRM, document and workflow platforms set up and integrated around your processes.
Migration
Data moved from legacy systems with checks that totals and records agree.
Training
Hands-on training for staff and administrators, in Arabic and English.
Ongoing support
Change requests, upgrades and monitoring after go-live.

Delivery approach

Every engagement follows the same six stages, so you always know where the work stands.

Discover
We understand the problem, the people who will use the system and the regulations it must meet.
Design
Architecture, security and user experience are decided together, before the first line of code.
Build
Short delivery cycles with regular demonstrations, so decisions are made on working software.
Secure and test
Security testing and quality assurance before every release, not after it.
Launch
Deployment on the infrastructure the work requires, including UAE-hosted environments.
Support and improve
Monitoring, updates and regulatory change, for as long as the system runs.

Standards we build to

Built to SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001-aligned practices.

Secure development

Threat modelling, peer code review and automated security scanning against the OWASP Top 10 on every release.

Access and encryption

Least-privilege access, two-factor sign-in, encryption in transit and at rest, and network segmentation.

Data residency

Hosting in UAE data centres where the data must stay, or in-country for GCC clients on request.

Privacy

Controls designed for the UAE PDPL and the DIFC Data Protection Law.

Resilience

Backups, disaster recovery planning and audit logging, specified at design time.

Audit evidence

Documentation and evidence prepared as we build, so clients can take systems through their own audits.

How we engage

Fixed-scope project

A defined outcome, timeline and price, agreed before work begins. Best for builds, assessments and audits with a clear end.

Dedicated team

Engineers who work as an extension of yours, for long-running development or AI programmes.

Retainer or managed service

Ongoing ownership after launch: support, maintenance, security and regulatory change.

Advisory engagement

Independent advice for strategy, tenders and due diligence, at the moments that matter.

Where this work matters most

  • Government and semi-government
  • Energy and utilities
  • Corporate service providers
  • Accounting and legal

Questions clients ask

Can you work with the systems we already have?

Yes. Most engagements integrate with existing ERP, finance and identity systems rather than replacing everything at once.

How do you handle legacy data?

We migrate in stages, reconcile every load against the source and keep the legacy system read-only until the new one is signed off.

Can the system be hosted in the UAE?

Yes. Hosting and data-residency requirements are planned at design time, including UAE data centres.
